FOAM FIX (TDS)

Polyurethane foam used for the installation, insulation, sealing, and filling of doors, windows, pipes, cracks, and holes.

Provides excellent thermal and sound insulation after curing and ensures high durability in temperature ranges from -50°C to +90°C.

Also resistant to moisture and aging.

Adheres well to concrete, brick, Styrofoam, PVC, metal, wood, and many other construction materials.

Application Instructions

• Door and window installations require mechanical fasteners.
• The application surface must be clean, grease-free, and slightly damp.
• The foam can temperature should be at room temperature. Shake the can well several times and attach the adapter to the valve. Hold the can upside down while applying.
• Curing time: 8-12 minutes; cutting time: 60 minutes.
• Once fully cured, protect the foam against UV light using silicone, tape, or paint (wait at least 24 hours before applying).
• Fill gaps only up to 30% of their volume (the foam will expand).
• Application temperature: +5°C to +30°C.
• Can temperature: +15°C to +30°C.
• Fire resistance rating: B3 (DIN4102).
• Store in its unopened original packaging at temperatures between +20°C and +30°C.
