Application Instructions

Surface Preparation:

• Clean the surfaces to remove dust, oil, and dirt where the liquid gasket will be applied.
• If there are old gasket residues, clean them mechanically.

Application Method:

• Apply the liquid gasket to one surface. Wait 5–10 minutes, then assemble the parts.
• For small gasket surfaces, parts can be assembled immediately if needed.
• Avoid leaving the tube open after use.

Usage Areas

• For sealing all types of surfaces and filling corrosion gaps.
• Applicable in automobiles, trucks, buses, military vehicles, ships, machinery, heating systems, industrial furnaces, and chimneys.
• Suitable for sealing sensitive surfaces exposed to high heat or temperature fluctuations.
• Effective on motor gasket areas, differential covers, carburetor lids, pumps, thermostats, gearboxes, and similar heat or vibration-exposed areas.
• Not suitable for sensitive metals like copper and brass during curing due to acetic acid release.
• Unsuitable for PE, PP, PTFE, neoprene, and bitumen surfaces.
• Non-paintable.

Warnings:

• Contains trace amounts of volatile chemicals. Releases an unpleasant odor and acetic acid during curing—ensure proper ventilation when used indoors.
• Avoid prolonged contact with uncured silicone as it may cause skin sensitivity.
• Do not burn full or empty packaging. Keep out of sunlight and store below +50°C.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store in a well-ventilated area, away from ignition sources. Do not smoke.
• Avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of eye contact, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
• Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves, and eye/face protection during use.
• If swallowed, seek immediate medical attention and show the container or label.
• Do not pour into sewer systems. Dispose of waste and packaging following local hazardous or special waste disposal regulations.
