ANTRASIL NEUTRAL OXIME-BASED NEW GENERATION LIQUID SEALANT 90 GR

A neutral oxime-based new generation liquid sealant.

It does not release any odor that could negatively affect sensors during curing.

Resistant to shrinkage and cracking caused by exposure to thermal cycles.

Works between -60 °C and +300 °C after curing is complete.

Specially developed for oily and dirty surfaces with a resistant formulation.

After curing, it is resistant to oil, antifreeze, gasoline, diesel, and seawater.

Can be removed when necessary.

Strong adhesion, coverage, continuous elasticity, and extra sealing.

Application Method

Surface Preparation:

• Remove dust, oil, and dirt from the surfaces that will come into contact with the liquid sealant.
• If there are any residue of previously applied sealants, they should be cleaned using mechanical methods.

Application Method:

• Apply the liquid sealant to one surface. Wait for 5-10 minutes, then join the parts.
• For small sealant areas, parts can be immediately joined if necessary.
• After application, do not leave the tube open.

Applications:

• For sealing all surfaces and filling corrosion gaps.
• In automobiles, trucks, buses, military vehicles, ships, machines, heating systems, industrial ovens, and chimneys.
• For sealing sensitive surfaces exposed to high heat or temperature changes.
• On surfaces where rubber, cork, or Klingrit-type seals cannot be applied, but sealing is required.
• Used in all motor sealing areas, differential covers, carburetor covers and pumps, thermostats, gearboxes, transmission units, etc., where surfaces are exposed to vibrations and heat.

Warnings:

• Keep out of reach of children.
• Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
• In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
• Wear appropriate protective clothing, gloves, and goggles/mask during application.
• If an accident occurs or if you feel unwell, seek medical attention immediately.
• If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately and show the container or label.
• Do not pour into sewage systems. Dispose of waste and container according to local hazardous or special waste disposal regulations.
