ALCON FOAM FIX PU GUN FOAM (845 gr.) 750 ML

A polyurethane foam used for the assembly, insulation, sealing, and filling of doors, windows, pipes, cracks, and holes.

Features:

• Provides excellent thermal and sound insulation after curing.
• High durability in temperature ranges from -50°C to +90°C.
• Resistant to moisture and aging.
• Adheres well to concrete, brick, polystyrene, PVC, metal, wood, and many other construction materials.

Application Instructions:

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, oil-free, and slightly damp.
2. Foam Preparation: Bring the can to room temperature. Shake well several times and attach the adapter to the valve.
3. Application: Hold the can upside down while dispensing the foam.
   • Curing Time: Initial curing in 8-12 minutes.
   • Cutting Time: Approximately 60 minutes.
4. Post-Application: Protect the cured foam from UV light using silicone, tape, or paint (apply at least 24 hours after curing).
5. Filling Gaps: Fill only 30% of the gap as the foam will expand.
6. Temperature Range:
   • Application temperature: +5°C to +30°C.
   • Can temperature: +15°C to +30°C.

Fire Resistance:

• Fire classification: B3 (DIN 4102).

Storage:

• Store in unopened original packaging at +20°C to +30°C.
