Application Instructions

Surface Preparation

• Clean dust, oil, and dirt from surfaces that will come into contact with the liquid gasket.
• Remove any previously applied gasket residues using mechanical methods.

Application Method

• Apply the liquid gasket to one surface only. Wait for 5-10 minutes, then assemble the parts.
• For small gasket surfaces, the parts can be assembled immediately if necessary.
• Ensure the tube is sealed after use to prevent drying.

Application Areas

• Suitable for all surfaces requiring gasketing and for filling corrosion gaps.
• Used in automobiles, trucks, buses, military vehicles, ships, machinery, heating systems, industrial ovens, and chimneys.
• Ideal for sealing sensitive surfaces exposed to high heat or temperature changes, where rubber, cork, or Klingrite gaskets cannot be applied.
• Applicable for gasket areas of all engines, differential covers, carburetor covers, pumps, thermostats, gearboxes, and other surfaces subject to vibration and heat.
