Titanium-Filled Putty

This titanium-filled putty is designed for repairing and filling shafts, bushings, valves, and pipes subjected to high pressure, corrosion, and constant wear, such as grinder walls and sealed mixer surfaces.

Product Features

• Protects and coats metal tanks exposed to saltwater and various chemical agents.
• Reinforced with epoxy, titanium, and a special ceramic additive with 9.5 Mohs hardness, making it suitable for the toughest conditions.

Application Instructions

Surface Preparation

1. Ensure the surface is clean, sanded, and slightly roughened if possible.
2. The surface must be dry and free of rust.
3. Sanding is the ideal preparation method for better adhesion.
4. Clean the surface with a suitable, grease-free solvent.
5. Complete the bonding process immediately after cleaning to prevent re-oxidation.

Mixing

• Refer to the mixing ratio chart on the container lid for the correct resin-to-hardener ratio.
• Add the hardener to the resin.
• Mix thoroughly for approximately 4 minutes, ensuring a homogeneous mixture.
• Use circular and upward motions for even mixing.

Application

• For putty types: Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared surface using a putty knife or similar tool.
• For liquid types: Apply a thin layer to the prepared surface using a brush, then slowly pour the remaining liquid along the edges of the mold or void to avoid air bubbles.

Applications

This product is ideal for:

• Covering grinder and sealed mixer walls exposed to constant wear.
• Repairing and filling worn shafts, bushings, valves, and pipes subjected to high pressure and corrosion.

Warnings

• Store locked and out of children’s reach.
• Avoid skin contact.
• In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and avoid eye contact.
• Wash affected skin areas with soap and water.
• Wear appropriate protective clothing, gloves, and eye/face protection.
• In case of an accident or if you feel unwell, consult a doctor immediately.
• Prevent release into the environment.
