Application Instructions:
- Surface Preparation:
- Clean dust, oil, and dirt from surfaces that will contact the liquid gasket.
- Remove old gasket residues using mechanical methods.
- Application Method:
- Apply the liquid gasket to one surface only. Wait 5-10 minutes before joining parts.
- For small gasket areas, parts can be joined immediately if needed.
- Close the tube tightly after use to avoid drying.
Applications:
- Suitable for all surfaces requiring gasketing and filling corrosion gaps.
- Used in automobiles, trucks, buses, military vehicles, ships, machinery, heating systems, industrial furnaces, and chimneys.
- Ideal for sealing high-temperature or temperature-sensitive surfaces and for areas exposed to vibration and heat, such as engine parts, differential covers, carburetor caps, pumps, thermostats, gearboxes, and transmissions.
- Not suitable for sensitive metals like copper and brass during curing due to acetic acid release.
- Not recommended for PE, PP, PTFE, neoprene, and bitumen surfaces.
- Not paintable.
Warnings:
- Contains trace amounts of volatile chemicals. Releases unpleasant odors and acetic acid during curing. Avoid prolonged inhalation. Ensure adequate ventilation in enclosed spaces.
- Avoid prolonged contact with wet silicone; hardened silicone poses no health risks.
- Do not burn the full/empty package. Store away from sunlight at temperatures below +50°C.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Store in a well-ventilated area.
- Keep away from ignition sources; no smoking.
- Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
- In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
- Use appropriate protective clothing, gloves, and goggles/masks during handling.
- If swallowed, seek immediate medical attention and show the container or label.
- Do not dispose of into sewer systems. Dispose of waste and containers according to local hazardous waste regulations.
