ANTRASIL AUTOMATIC DOSE RTV LIQUID GASKET MAKER (TDS)

Neutral Oxim-Based Next-Generation Liquid Sealant.

Does not release any odor that could negatively affect sensors during curing.

Resistant to shrinkage and cracking caused by exposure to thermal cycling.

Works between -40 °C and +300 °C after curing is complete.

Specifically formulated for resistance on oily and dirty surfaces.

Resistant to oil, antifreeze, gasoline, diesel, and seawater after curing.

Can be removed when necessary.

Application Method

Surface Preparation
Clean dust, oil, and dirt from surfaces that will come in contact with the liquid sealant.
If there are any old sealant residues on the surfaces, they should be cleaned using mechanical methods.

Application Method
Apply the liquid sealant to a single surface. Wait for 5-10 minutes, then join the parts together.
For smaller sealing surfaces, parts can be joined immediately if needed.
Before applying, open the packaging lid, remove the safety pin, and adjust the required dosage using the gray ring. Press the plastic pedal to release the liquid sealant. The release stops when the pedal is released. To preserve the product for future use, close the dosage adjustment and packaging lid.

For sealing all surfaces and filling corrosion gaps,
In automobiles, trucks, buses, military vehicles, ships, machines, heating systems, industrial ovens, and chimneys,
For sealing delicate surfaces exposed to high heat or temperature changes, on surfaces where rubber, cork, or similar gaskets cannot be applied,
For all engine sealing areas, differential covers, carburetor covers and pumps, thermostats, gear and transmission boxes, and other surfaces exposed to vibration and heat.

Warnings
Do not throw full/empty packaging into fire. Keep away from direct sunlight and store at temperatures not exceeding +50 °C.
Keep out of reach of children.
Store in a well-ventilated area.
Keep away from ignition sources and do not smoke.
Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
In case of eye contact, immediately rinse with plenty of water and consult a doctor.
Wear appropriate protective clothing, gloves, goggles/mask while working.
In case of an accident or if you feel unwell, consult a doctor immediately.
If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately and show the container or label.
Do not dispose of in the sewer system. Dispose of waste and packaging according to local hazardous or special waste disposal regulations.
