Application Instructions

Surface Preparation

• Clean the surfaces in contact with the liquid gasket from dust, oil, and dirt.
• Remove any previous gasket residues mechanically if present.

Method of Application

• Apply the liquid gasket to one surface. Wait 5-10 minutes, then join the parts.
• For small gasket surfaces, parts can be joined immediately if needed.
• Ensure the tube is not left open after application.

Application Areas

• Sealing all required surfaces and filling corrosion gaps.
• Use in cars, trucks, buses, military vehicles, ships, machinery, heating systems, industrial ovens, and chimneys.
• For sealing sensitive surfaces exposed to high heat or temperature fluctuations.
• For areas requiring sealing but unsuitable for rubber, cork, or Klingrit-type gaskets.
• In motor gaskets, differential covers, carburetor and pump covers, thermostats, gear and transmission boxes, and areas exposed to vibrations and heat.
• Not suitable for copper, brass, PE, PP, PTFE, neoprene, and bitumen surfaces due to acetic acid release during curing.
• Cannot be painted.

Warnings

• Contains trace amounts of volatile chemicals, releasing acetic acid and odor during curing. Ensure proper ventilation in enclosed spaces.
• Avoid prolonged contact with wet silicone to prevent skin irritation.
• Do not incinerate full/empty packaging. Keep away from sunlight and temperatures above +50 °C.
• Store in a well-ventilated area.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Rinse eyes thoroughly with water and seek medical attention if necessary.
• Use appropriate protective clothing, gloves, and goggles/mask during work.
• Do not dispose of the product into the sewer system. Dispose of waste and packaging per local hazardous waste regulations.
