ALCON CRACK IDENTIFIER SET (TDS)

AL-690 Surface Cleaning Spray cleans surfaces to be inspected for cracks from all types of dirt, such as metal residues, oil, grease, adhesive remains, tar, etc., thanks to its special formulation.

It evaporates quickly without leaving any residue on the surface. Additionally, it cleans residues from AL-680 and AL-700 when used together.

Technical Information

• Base: Solvent and oil-dissolving mixture
• Pressurized gas: Denatured and odorless hydrocarbon
• Appearance: Clear liquid

Application Method

Shake the can thoroughly before use. During the pre-cleaning phase, spray the product onto the surface from a distance of 20–25 cm to clean oil, dirt, and similar residues.

Warnings

• Do not throw full or empty cans into fire. Keep away from sunlight and store at temperatures not exceeding +50°C.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store the container in a well-ventilated area.
• Keep away from ignition sources, and do not smoke.
• Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
• In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor.
• Wear appropriate protective clothing, gloves, goggles, and masks while working.
• In case of an accident or if you feel unwell, seek medical advice immediately.
• If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately and show the container or label.
• Do not pour into the sewage system. Dispose of waste and the container at hazardous or special waste collection facilities.
