With its special formulation, AL-680 Red Penetrant Spray is used to check for pores and cracks that may occur before or during welding.
It penetrates even the most difficult areas and reveals cracks under daylight.

Technical Information

• Base: A mixture of petroleum distillates, colorants with low surface tension
• Pressurized gas: Denatured and odorless hydrocarbon
• Appearance: Red liquid

Application Method

Shake the can thoroughly before use. Spray from a distance of 20–25 cm to cover the entire area for inspection.
Depending on the surface size to be examined, allow 5–65 minutes for the product to penetrate pores and cracks.

Warnings

• Do not throw full or empty cans into fire. Keep away from sunlight and store at temperatures not exceeding +50°C.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store the container in a well-ventilated area.
• Keep away from ignition sources, and do not smoke.
• Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
• In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor.
• Wear appropriate protective clothing, gloves, goggles, and masks while working.
• In case of an accident or if you feel unwell, seek medical advice immediately.
• If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately and show the container or label.
• Do not pour into the sewage system. Dispose of waste and the container at hazardous or special waste collection facilities.
