ALCON CRACK IDENTIFIER SET (TDS)

With its special formulation, AL-700 Crack Detector Spray is a white indicator spray used to reveal pores and cracks that may occur before or during welding.

Technical Information

• Base: White solvent and powder mixture
• Pressurized gas: Denatured and odorless hydrocarbon
• Appearance: White liquid

Application Method

Shake the can thoroughly before use. Spray from a distance of 20–25 cm onto the surface where AL-680 has been applied, and then clean it with AL-690.
It remains as a powder layer on the surface and highlights cracks in red. After the inspection, clean any powder residues using AL-690 Surface Cleaning Spray.

Warnings

• Do not throw full or empty cans into fire. Keep away from sunlight and store at temperatures not exceeding +50°C.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store the container in a well-ventilated area.
• Keep away from ignition sources, and do not smoke.
• Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
• In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor.
• Wear appropriate protective clothing, gloves, goggles, and masks while working.
• In case of an accident or if you feel unwell, seek medical advice immediately.
• If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately and show the container or label.
• Do not pour into the sewage system. Dispose of waste and the container at hazardous or special waste collection facilities.
